Creating datastore clusters and using SDRS won't impact SRM although you should create a datastore cluster for replicated datastores and another for all the others, that way you virtual machines that you want to be replicated aren't moved onto datastores that arent replicated but still have the ability to move if there is contention.

With all due respect but SRM and SDRS do not go together. SRM does not support the usage of SDRS at all. So if you are in the process of setting up SRM forget about SDRS for now.
Reason for this is that SRM is not aware of SDRS and VMs could be in-flight when a failover need to occur and bad things can happen. Also the protection breaks when a VM is moved between Datastores in a Datastore cluster.
In short: Do not go there.
