Extracting a file from a snapshot

Hi All

Running ESXi 5.1.0 and snapshotted a VM prior to running application repairs on it. I need to extract a file from the pre-repair snapshot if at all possible, rolling back to the snapshot is not an option - I just need a single file from the snapshot

Any advice on how I might be able to do this?
